To Qualify for a Return:
- Items must be unused
- In the same condition as received
- Returned in the original packaging
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the return status.
- Approved returns will receive a full refund of the original purchase price to the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the item was a gift, a store credit will be issued instead.
Refunds or store credits are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A return shipping label will be provided.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy. Please follow the steps below:
- Complete the Return Request form below.
- Click the Submit Form button.
- Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a return shipping label within 24–48 hours.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging (or as close as possible).
- Attach the provided return label.
- Drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label (UPS or USPS).
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund or store credit status.
Additional Notes
- All refunds and store credits exclude original shipping and handling charges.
- The return label cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
