We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and if you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order — because we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Items must be unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned in the original packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the return status.

  • Approved returns will receive a full refund of the original purchase price to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the item was a gift, a store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds or store credits are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A return shipping label will be provided.
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the Return Request form below.
  2. Click the Submit Form button.
  3. Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a return shipping label within 24–48 hours.
  4. Repack the item securely in its original packaging (or as close as possible).
  5. Attach the provided return label.
  6. Drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label (UPS or USPS).
  7. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund or store credit status.

Additional Notes

  • All refunds and store credits exclude original shipping and handling charges.
  • The return label cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
